chapelFor the base price of $700* you will receive use of the Chapel for the rehearsal and ceremony plus use of the Chapel basement kitchen and dining facilities, if desired. A $150 Table Rental is needed should you wish to use our chapel basement tables.

*A refundable $75 deposit is required upon booking of Chapel.
* The $75 cleaning deposit is required and will be returned by mail within 10 to 20 days of inspection of post-wedding chapel.

Should you wish to use the Visitor’s Canter room (mostly for large wedding parties), the fee is $250 per hour.
Checks may be made out to Historic Fort Reno, Inc.

You may make your own arrangements for a horse drawn wedding carriage to transport the bride/bridesmaids (Coggins Papers must be completed for any use of horses on USDA/HFRI land.).

Security and Staff Fees: Historic Fort Reno and USDA Grazing Lands Research Facility is open from 10am to 4pm, 6 days a week, and on Sunday we are open from 1pm-4pm on Sundays, weddings which take place during this time will not incur extra staff fees. Evening weddings which take place between 4:00pm and 10pm will require an on-site security guard** at a cost of $25 per hour, minimum two hours. If a Historic Fort Reno staff member is required to be on site at the Visitor Centre outside of operating hours then an extra $15 per hour fee will be charged.

No Alcohol or firearm of Any Type at Any Time is allowed within the boundaries of Historic Fort Reno or USDA Grazinglands Research Facility and subsequent buildings. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in a federal fine or police intervention.

A USDA/Agriculture Research Service Revocable Permit will be sent to the wedding party contact person and must be completed, signed, and returned with the $75 deposit. There is no extra fee for the permit but failure to return one will result in the wedding party being unable to use Chapel.
